We are seeking an exceptional Estate Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a beautiful, fully renovated eight-bedroom private residence in Aspen, Colorado.

The property is used throughout the year, with particularly busy periods during the winter ski season, summer holidays and the family's annual Christmas gathering, when their three adult children and partners come together.
The successful candidate will take complete ownership of the estate, ensuring the home operates seamlessly at all times while maintaining the highest standards of presentation, hospitality and organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day management and operation of the residence.
- Lead and manage the household team, including one full-time Housekeeper and two part-time Housekeepers.
- Coordinate and oversee seasonal staff, including chefs, chauffeurs, ski instructors, guides and other temporary personnel as required.
- Manage all household vendors, contractors and service providers, ensuring work is completed to an exceptional standard.
- Oversee preventative maintenance and improvement projects across the property.
- Ensure the residence is fully prepared for principal and guest arrivals and impeccably maintained throughout their stays.
- Develop and maintain household manuals, inventories, operating procedures and service standards.
- Manage household supplies, purchasing and budgets where required.
- Oversee household systems, security, vehicles and general property operations.
- Anticipate the principals' needs, exercising excellent judgement, initiative and discretion at all times.
- Create a calm, efficient and welcoming environment while maintaining absolute confidentiality.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience as an Estate Manager, House Manager or Executive Housekeeper within a UHNW private household.
- A background in luxury hospitality or the superyacht industry would be highly regarded.
- An exceptional organiser with the ability to lead by example.
- Calm under pressure and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Naturally proactive with excellent problem-solving skills and the confidence to make decisions independently.
- Highly discreet, trustworthy and professional.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- A long-term mindset and genuine commitment to building a lasting relationship with the family.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic private household where no two days are the same.
The Opportunity
This is an exceptional long-term opportunity for an experienced Estate Manager seeking a role with a genuinely lovely family who value and respect their staff.
