We are looking for a confident, positive and experienced 3rd Stewardess to join a fantastic interior team of 6 onboard a 80m+ sailing yacht ahead of the upcoming Caribbean season.
The yacht is currently in the shipyard in Europe and is due to depart for the Caribbean in mid-to-late November, where she will be based in Antigua.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong all-rounder who enjoys variety and is equally comfortable across housekeeping, service and laundry. Some previous sailing yacht experience would be highly desirable.
The Role
Working within an established and supportive interior team, the 3rd Stewardess will float across the different areas of the interior depending on operational requirements.
Responsibilities will include:
- High-standard housekeeping across guest and interior areas
- Formal service
- General food and beverage service
- Laundry and wardrobe support when required
- Guest preparation and turnarounds
- Maintaining exceptional presentation standards throughout the interior
- Supporting the wider interior team wherever required
- Working collaboratively within a busy, professional team environment
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is:
- A strong interior all-rounder across housekeeping, service and laundry
- Experienced in formal/silver service
- Ideally has previous sailing yacht experience
- Confident, outgoing and naturally positive
- Happy to float between departments rather than being focused on one area
- Professional, adaptable and a genuine team player
- Comfortable working within a large interior team
- Ideally already holds a valid B1/B2 visa
- Holds all relevant and valid yachting certification
The existing team has a great dynamic, so personality and attitude will be just as important as experience. We are looking for someone with a happy disposition who will slot naturally into the team and bring great energy onboard.
